Returns

We want you to love your wallpaper! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns within 15 days of delivery for standard wallpaper orders.

For special orders, returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery; however, please note that special orders are subject to a 35% restocking fee — you will receive 65% of the original purchase price back once your return is processed.

Please note: All closeout and clearance items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue your refund back to your original form of payment.
